Dorothy is wonderful at the Chamber of Commerce. Very helpful very informative.Carrie is awesome also come visit these wonderful ladies when you come to Key West. They even know where playgrounds and water parks or it's fantastic!

This office is really great. Nice lady and lots of information. Based on reading reviews I had very low expectations. Do not pay $25 to park in near by lot plan ahead and try to find something else. I wasted $25 just to get some info. I suggest calling Fury Adventures and talk to Penny and Danger Charters is good to. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

When going to a new city with limited time, I typically stop into a place like this to try to gather some information on a good walking route, which is exactly what led me here within 5 minutes of entering Key West.

The woman at the desk was friendly enough, but I didn't feel like she gave me a whole lot of direction. Speaking from a comparative stance, most Chambers or CVBs will bust out a local map and circle some points of interest and show you a good route. Instead, she pointed me to the wall of brochures and told me to pick up a historical walking tour, which isn't exactly what I was after.

There was no parking (understandable) or restrooms (not understandable) available. I asked a few more pointed questions about where I could locate such amenities quickly after our 6 hour drive, but then just used Yelp and intuition to guide me around. I would only recommend this place if you needed a map, but think you may be better off at an information booth for that as well.

Great place to stop in and get Key West information on hotels, local businesses, restaurants, bars, etc. All the visitor center staff are very helpful and friendly.
